One email address, one entry
We remove repeated email addresses within the ordered file. This avoids paying for the same email simply because it appears in more than one source.
Businesses and locations are different
A company can have several locations or business addresses. Removing repeated emails does not mean merging every business with a similar name. The product audience remains the reference for the file’s scope.
Your existing contacts
Your purchased file is not automatically compared with your CRM or customer database. Before using it, apply your own customer exclusions and suppression list.
Report a duplicate
Send the order number and the affected rows to contact@emaillist.ai. Keep the original file so we can compare the delivery with your example.
