At checkout
The store uses Shopify checkout and its configured payment providers. Never send card details or account passwords to us by email.
After delivery
Store the file in a workspace accessible only to people authorized to use it. If you receive a download link, avoid forwarding it outside the agreed business project.
When you need support
Send only the rows needed to explain a problem, together with the order number. We do not need your full CRM or customer database to begin a review.
Report a security concern
Email contact@emaillist.ai with the affected page or order and a description. Do not access another customer’s information to investigate. Ask us directly about any specific control you need to understand.
