The sample contains 20 rows and all columns. Its $5 price is refunded after you buy the corresponding full file. Use the same order email, or send both order numbers to contact@emaillist.ai so we can match the purchases.
Tell us what went wrong
Contact contact@emaillist.ai with your order reference, file name and a short explanation. If data appears inconsistent with the agreed specification, provide a small set of relevant examples. Do not send unrelated customer information or payment-card details.
Assessing a file issue
We review whether the delivery matches the product scope, included quantity, fields and agreed preparation. Depending on the issue and applicable rights, an appropriate response can include clarification, correction, a replacement delivery or a refund.
Campaign outcomes
A low response rate, an email-platform rejection or inbox-placement problem does not by itself establish that a delivered file differs from its specification. The service does not promise sales, replies, zero bounces or acceptance by every sending tool.
Mandatory rights
The digital nature of a file does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded. This process does not impose a blanket no-refund rule.
