Preparation and delivery times
Full files are prepared and emailed within 4 to 24 hours in CSV and Excel formats. Samples contain 20 rows and all columns, and are emailed within 1 hour during business hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Paris time, excluding French public holidays.
The delivery
Files are supplied digitally, with the delivery method, expected timeframe and format specified on the product or order. There is no physical shipment or in-person collection. Do not infer an instant download from a homepage illustration.
Getting the right file
Check that the order contact information is accurate. Retain the file name, order reference and included-field description. If email delivery is used, review your inbox and spam folder before reporting a missing message.
A problem receiving the file
Send the order reference and a description of the issue to contact@emaillist.ai. If a link is unavailable or the received file cannot be opened, explain the exact problem without sharing account passwords.
After receipt
Keep an original copy and import a small selection first. A later source update does not automatically modify a downloaded file. The preparation context supplied with the delivery is the reference for that order.
