Price and order

Prices are displayed in US dollars. The reference price is $0.015 per distinct included email, with a minimum of $20 per file, rounded to the nearest cent. The minimum is not an additional fee. Applicable taxes and the final total must be shown before payment. A calculator or coverage estimate is not a confirmed order or stock guarantee.

Sample and delivery

The $5 sample contains 20 rows and all columns. It is emailed within 1 hour during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Paris time, excluding French public holidays. The sample price is refunded after the corresponding full-file purchase. Full files are prepared and emailed within 4 to 24 hours in CSV and Excel formats.

Delivery and license

The delivery method and expected timeframe are stated with the product or order. The purchase authorizes the agreed professional use of the delivered file. It does not grant rights to resell, republish, sublicense or make the data generally available unless separately agreed in writing. Keep files within the authorized business workflow.

Data limitations

Business details change. Check descriptions state what was assessed and do not guarantee permanent accuracy, zero bounces, inbox placement, campaign acceptance or commercial results. The buyer is responsible for legal and platform requirements, suppression lists and recipient choices.

Issues, remedies and mandatory rights

Report a delivery or specification issue to contact@emaillist.ai with the order reference and relevant examples. The correction or refund process does not remove any mandatory rights under applicable law. No blanket exclusion of mandatory consumer rights applies if a purchase is legally classified as a consumer transaction.
