We bring together business records, organize their contact details, check emails and remove duplicates before delivery. Full files take 4 to 24 hours to prepare.
Business details change
A practice can move, a company can change its website, and a mailbox can stop accepting messages. Preparation helps make a file useful at delivery; it does not make every contact permanently accurate.
Your downloaded copy
A CSV or Excel file is a snapshot. It does not update itself after delivery. If your campaign starts much later, review whether the contacts still fit before using them.
Something has changed?
Email contact@emaillist.ai with the business name and the field to correct. Include a public business source if you have one, and your order number if you are a customer.
